At North East Grass Management, we pride ourselves on our professional approach to our customers. Our Managing Director, Christian Selkirk, has been involved in farming and equine management for most of his life and has specialised in sports pitch and grass maintenance for 15 years. We, as a company have a wealth of experience and connections that allows us to provide clients with a complete range of services from total renovation to ad hoc maintenance anywhere in the North East.
We specialize in bespoke annual packages and work with our clients to provide exactly the right treatments at the right time of year, meaning that your surfaces are at their peak when you need them most.

Grass Management
We are specialists in grass management, both for sports pitch maintenance and grazing land. Regular maintenance is key to keeping your grass in the best condition possible, which is why we offer bespoke annual packages.
chain harrowing
This is used on grazing land to spread out dung, level mole hills and break up dead material, which vastly improves the health of the field.
vertidraining
We use our own state of the art Vertidrain machinery to pierce equally spaced holes into the ground to aerate the soil and allow drainage, which promotes healthy growth.
Top Dressing
This is applied to sports pitches and grounds to level out imperfections on the surface, while providing the ideal environment for new seeds to germinate.

Shavings
With all of our shavings we can supply from as little as a single pallet to as many units as you require within 24-48 hours. If you have any special requirements just give us a call to arrange a bespoke package.
Lay-soft
Lay-soft Animal bedding is the most comfortable option for your horses, keeping them warm in winter and cool in summer.
small flake shavings
Small flake shavings are a premium dust extracted shavings made from coniferous softwood, which minimizes the risk of respiratory problems in horses.
Blue Frog
Blue Frog is exceptionally good for animals that are sensitive to dust and other allergens, ensuring their well-being and competitive performance.
